«Me da rabia que no avisen.» It makes me mad that they don't let you know. - en lo que — while, in the time it takes
«En lo que tú te bañas, yo hago el café.» While you shower, I'll make the coffee. - está claro — it's clear
«Está claro que así no funciona.» It's clear that it doesn't work this way. - será que — could it be that
«¿Será que se le olvidó?» Could it be that he forgot? - uno nunca sabe — you never know
«Llévalo, que uno nunca sabe.» Take it, you never know. - quién sabe — who can say
«Quién sabe qué pasó ahí.» Who knows what happened there.
