The slides, courses and Interactive Learning are free. This policy is about what you can pay for on the website: one-to-one classes, class packs and monthly plans. Payments are made through PayPal, and refunds go back to the same PayPal account (PayPal usually shows them within a few days).
1. Single classes
- 12 hours or more before the class: you can cancel or reschedule yourself in “My classes”. If you cancel, the full price is refunded automatically.
- Less than 12 hours before: the class can no longer be cancelled online. Write to us: we will try to move it once for a real emergency, but it is not refunded.
- If you do not attend: after 15 minutes without you, the class counts as given and is not refunded.
- If the teacher cancels or cannot give the class (including a technical problem on our side): full refund or a new time, as you prefer.
2. Class packs
- Classes from a pack follow the same 12-hour rule: cancel in time and the class goes back to your pack.
- Unused classes expire after the number of months shown when you bought the pack.
- If you have not used any class, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying; after that, packs are not refundable.
3. Monthly plans
- You can cancel the plan at any time in “My classes” or in PayPal. It will not renew; you keep the classes of the month already paid until it ends.
- Classes of a month must be booked within that month and do not carry over or turn into money.
- If you cancel within 14 days of the first payment and have not taken any class, we refund that first month.
4. Customers in the EU and the UK
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase of a pack or plan within 14 days, without giving a reason. If you asked for classes to start within those 14 days, we deduct the classes already given. To withdraw, write to us within the 14 days.
5. The Dominican Spanish app
The Pro subscription of the app is sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refunds are handled by them: Apple · Google Play.
6. How to ask
Write to interacctivespanishbooks@gmail.com with your name and the date of the class or purchase. We answer within 3 working days. Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
