1. The app
Dominican Spanish is a language-learning app for Dominican Spanish, made by an independent teacher. The Dominican Survival Kit and level A1 are free. Levels A2 to C2 and unlimited hearts require the Pro subscription.
2. Subscription
- Pro is offered monthly and yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
3. Content
Lessons, recordings, illustrations and texts are the property of the author and are licensed to you for personal learning. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them.
4. Language
The app teaches Dominican Spanish as it is actually spoken, including colloquial and, if you opt in, vulgar expressions. That optional section is for recognition, not for use, and requires confirming you are 18 or older.
5. Live classes
Live classes are arranged directly with the teacher. Booking, payment and cancellation terms for classes are agreed by message and are separate from the app subscription.
6. No warranty
The app is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and working, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times.
